1. How do I use my templates? Please visit the DIY-it page to see tutorials on how to use our templates.
2. How long will my custom design take? Each custom design takes around 30 days based on the service you purchased. This is due to the amount of information we need to collect and adjusting the designs to your liking. This process can't be rushed and is well worth the wait!
3. How will I receive my final retouches? You will receive a jpg and .tif version of your final retouch(es). These will be best for online use as well as printing.
4. How do I contact customer service? Please visit the contact page or email us at orders@actorspack-it.com
5. Are the acting resources printable or for computer use? Once you purchase any of our acting resource you will be able to download the form. From there you can print it out over and over or open up the form to type your information. As long as you keep the form and do not delete it, it is yours for life.
6. What should I expect from customized services? You should expect one on one personal attention and the feeling that your design is well thought out and thorough. A questionnaire is required and will help you narrow down the important aspects of your design. Please visit our 'How to Customize-it' page for further instructions.
7. When should I expect my retouches? Basic retouches are ready in 5-7 business days. Advanced retouches are 7-10 business days. While headshot review plus retouches and retouch packages all vary one the amount of work to be done. It will never be more than a 3 week process for any retouching service.
